About The Role As a Recoveries Advisor in our Third Party Care team you will play a key role in supporting vulnerable people that has been involved in an accident, helping them through difficult situations and working with them directly, to find fair solutions.
Your goal will be to listen, understand, and help reach a resolution that benefits everyone involved.
You will work closely with our clients and Third Parties throughout each stage of the claims process, helping to meet important milestones and keep everything on track.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, based onsite at our Sippy Downs office.
About You Familiarity with case or portfolio management is highly regarded Experience in administration, with high attention to detail, is beneficial Showcases strong negotiating skills and high levels of empathy Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and resolve disputes Skilled at multitasking and thrives in a high-performing team environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Don't tick all the boxes?
