ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the smooth co‐ordination and organisation of all internal work including pre‐delivery, Used Car Reconditioning and Detailing. You will lead the Pre‐Delivery Workshop team (Technicians, Apprentices and Detailers) ensuring all required preparation work has been scheduled and within deadlines – as well as ensuring the delivery process, including timing, presentation and customer service and therefore experience, is of the highest standards.
YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
* Responsible for the on‐site delivery of all new, pre‐owned and demonstrator passenger cars
* Manufacturer Pre‐Delivery standards are met & followed
* Utilising company DMS proficiently and accurately
* Compliance and audit guidelines are met
* Building strong relationships with sales team
* Coaching and Leadership to the workshop team
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* An Experienced Dealership Pre‐Delivery Coordinator / Service Advisor
* Professional Face‐to‐face and Phone Manner, clear communicator
* Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
* A positive mindset, willingness to work within a team and grow as a unit
* Someone who builds and maintains strong internal relationships
* Customer first attitude
* Ability to plan, prioritise, and control vehicle flow from arrival through to customer handover.
* The ability to maintain high standards across all pre‐delivery environments (workshop, wash bays, handover space)
* Confident and accurate use of the Dealer Management System to track vehicle status, PDI completion, and readiness checkpoints.
