Role: HR Business Partner Date: 12 Aug 2025 Location: Sydney, NSW, AU Company: Bingo Responsibilities Partner with leaders and GOgetters across the full employment lifecycle to shape a safe, inclusive and high-performing culture Champion psychological safety and lead proactive safety initiatives Drive change as a key player in the transformation journey Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, performance, employee relations, investigations, and return-to-work programs Ensure procedural fairness and integrity in everyday practices with professionalism and empathy Support growth of internal talent through succession planning and career development Develop policies aligned with legislation and best practice Use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement Promote values of inclusion, integrity and sustainability in all actions Qualifications A degree, ideally in HR, psychology, commerce or economics Five or more years' experience in HR/People & Culture, including 2 years in a business partnering role Experience supporting operational teams – ideally in manufacturing, logistics or waste management Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice Confidence using HRIS and Microsoft Office tools Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Why you'll love working with us Opportunities for career development and a sense of job satisfaction from delivering results Weekly pay to help manage your budget Access to exclusive employee benefits – novated leasing, health insurance discounts, recognition programs and more A safety-first culture that genuinely cares about our people A values-driven workplace committed to diversity, inclusion and sustainability We reward in-person collaboration and a supportive team environment.
The role requires five days a week in the office with travel across the Sydney metro area and occasional interstate visits.
PPE is required on site.
We will move to a modern headquarters in Sydney Olympic Park in the coming months, with amenities to support our team.
