As a Clinical Support Representative, you'll be at the forefront of surgical support and training, working alongside orthopaedic surgeons in theatre, helping them achieve the best outcomes for their patients.
What You'll Do
* Provide in-theatre case support and guidance across orthopaedic procedures
* Use your clinical experience to build trusted relationships with surgeons and theatre teams
* Deliver training and education to clinical staff and new users
* Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure outstanding service and product knowledge
* Be part of a business that values learning, collaboration, and growth
What We're Looking For
* Current or recent experience as a Scrub / Scout Nurse, or another Allied Health profession where you have strong anatomy knowledge
* A genuine interest in medical technology and a consultative, solutions-focused mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A desire to move into a commercial role while maintaining clinical engagement
* Full Australian working rights and ability to travel for case support and training
