What is our Staff Development Nurse role?

This position Plans, implements, evaluates and records educationand training activities in relation to clinical practices,aggression management practices, orientation and mandatory skills.Facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care andworks collaboratively to ensure compliance in accordance withhealth service policy, National Safety and Quality Health Standardsand other relevant mental health and nursing standards.

Both of these options remain valid for a periodof twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorsesthe recruitment decision.
