Customer Service Advisor – World Gym Rockhampton

At World Gym Rockhampton, we offer more than just weights. From premium group coaching to our Barbell Café and ProShop, we’re a full-service fitness destination.
We’re hiring TWO vibrant new team members:
1x Full-Time (38 hours/week)
1x Casual (20 hours/week)
Must be flexible with availability across mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
Your Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll bring energy, positivity, and top-tier service to our members every day. You’ll play a key role in our club’s operations—supporting members, selling supplements and memberships, maintaining club standards, and assisting with lead generation to help grow the World Gym Rockhampton community.
Key Responsibilities:
Member Communication: Be the first point of contact for all member inquiries, delivering friendly, helpful, and proactive service.
Payment Management: Monitor and manage overdue accounts with empathy and efficiency.
Cancellations: Process cancellations accurately, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with club policies.
Membership Sign-ups & Lead Generation: Assist with new member sign-ups and actively seek leads internally and externally to support club growth.
Complaint Resolution: Handle member concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
Sales & Product Knowledge: Confidently promote and sell supplements and merchandise in the Barbell Café and ProShop.
Team Collaboration: Be a strong team player, working closely with all departments to keep the club running smoothly.
Member Engagement: Support member retention through high-level service, energy, and by fostering community in the gym.
Standards & Cleanliness: Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the gym floor and service areas.
Policy Adherence: Ensure club rules and service policies are followed at all times.
