The Opportunity: Director / Nominated Supervisor
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week
* Location: Bellbowrie
* Hours: 38 hours with flexibility

We are seeking a driven NS to lead Bellbowrie Centre. In this role, you will inspire, motivate, and empower a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver excellence every single day. Must haves
* A proven track record or delivering exceptional results in a centre
* Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
* Current QLD Blue Card.
* Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

Your Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards are met.
* Drive occupancy and exceed targets while delivering exceptional care to families.
* Foster a culture of growth and development, empowering your team to reach their full potential.
* Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios, and maintain strong supervision.
* Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff to create a thriving and supportive community.
