Main Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across Federal and ACT Government agencies.
* Design and implement long-term account strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, including Sales Specialists, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Legal, Risk, Bids, and Commercial.
* Manage high-value accounts, focusing on telecommunications, managed services, and digital transformation programs.
* Drive business development activities to expand market share, meet revenue targets, and increase share of wallet.
* Negotiate complex bids, proposals, and contracts to secure new business.
* Promote exceptional delivery and service outcomes as the executive escalation point.
This role combines sales leadership, strategic account management, and transformation delivery, requiring collaboration across business development, pre-sales, delivery, and long-term growth initiatives.
