We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven outbound B2B experience to secure high-quality, sales-ready appointments for our Business Development Managers.
This is a pure outbound role and is not entry-level.
Key Responsibilities
* Outbound B2B calling to SME decision-makers (cold, warm & targeted prospecting)
* Qualifying opportunities across telco, hardware, AI, print, and security solutions
* Identifying genuine commercial need, authority, timing, and intent
* Securing commitment and booking sales-ready appointments
* Objection handling and progressing prospects to next steps
* Maintaining CRM accuracy and appointment quality standards
* Consistently achieving KPIs for appointments booked, show rates, and conversions

* Proven experience in outbound B2B appointment setting / telemarketing / sales (non-negotiable)
* Track record of booking qualified appointments that convert
* Strong commercial questioning and qualification skills
* Confident, professional phone presence with SME decision-makers
* Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven
