Job Title: Community Support Worker
We are seeking an individual with excellent people skills and a strong work ethic to join our team as a Community Support Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with disability and/or psychosocial needs, enabling them to achieve their goals and increase their independence and participation within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking clients out for social outings, shopping trips, or medical appointments
* Servicing clients at their homes with daily living activities like toileting, showering, and dressing
* Assisting with light domestic duties and meal preparation
* Administering medication as needed
* Liaising with families and representatives as required

Requirements:
* WA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
