We are currently seeking a Supervisor for the South East region, managing 15-20 Medium Density Homes simultaneously.
As a Site Manager at Soho Living you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities for your construction portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards and ensure that the clients journey meets expectations. Create a positive team environment, instilling leadership whilst coordinating trades and suppliers and upholding all the Business’ core values

Site Management: Provide quality service and outstanding homes with an unwavering focus on excellence. Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities from build commencement to completion. Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with contracts, plans, computations, specifications, and building codes ie. NCC, Australian Standards.
Quality Control: Provide quality service and outstanding homes with an unwavering focus on excellence. Adhere to and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet industry and business standards and client expectations.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and making cost-effective decisions. Work closely with the Construction Manager to achieve your budgets.
Occupational Health & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols on-site in line with company standards and policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Client Journey: Provide fortnightly project updates to clients via phone. Provide accurate weekly updates through Business Craft on all jobs. Act as the primary construction point of contact for clients and address any concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Documentation Management: Ensure project scheduling (call forward) is accurate and up to date to meet trades and suppliers lead times. Ensure all invoices are signed off for payment only once work and quality control are complete and as per standards and plans
