Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing support and care to individuals in need.
You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services
* A current CPR/First Aid Certificate
* A current and satisfactory Criminal Record Check
* An NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card
* A Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* A current Australian Driver’s Licence
* A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance)
* A smartphone with internet access
