About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple complementary medicine brands with this leading Health and Wellness Supplements Brand. This role plays a key part in shaping brand strategy, driving campaign implementation, and ensuring our commitment to core values—such as sustainability—shines through in every initiative. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a standalone strategic and hands‐on role where you will both lead the marketing strategy and execute it too.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Strategic Campaigns: Develop and deliver multi‐channel marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives, while guiding the creation of supporting marketing collateral.
* Content & Communication Development: Produce and oversee high‐quality content in line with brand guidelines and the broader marketing strategy.
* Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance, conduct analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to support growth and optimisation.
* Project Management: Coordinate and track all marketing activities to ensure campaigns are organised, on time, and executed effectively.
* Creative Direction: Develop campaign concepts and briefs, and manage the creative process to ensure all deliverables align with brand identity and standards.
* Digital Management: Oversee company websites, digital portals, and related content to ensure strong brand presence and user experience.
What you need
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing
* Minimum of 7‐10 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience within the Complementary Medicines industry is an asset
* Qualification in Health is an asset
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a high level of attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi‐task
* Ability to work within strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently

* Up to $145,000 base + super
* 12 month contract role initially with view for a permanent role down the line for the right candidate
