Administration Assistant Role
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to fill two dynamic Administration Assistant positions within our organisation.
About the Roles
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and fostering a positive community environment.
* One role will focus on back-office support, managing administrative tasks, organising systems, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This involves working with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of SharePoint & D365 is a plus.
* The other role will be front and center, creating a welcoming environment and building relationships with residents and guests, becoming the friendly face they rely on every day.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will make a significant impact by:
* Greeting residents, guests, and staff with a friendly, approachable demeanor
* Managing all village communications and creating community newsletters
* Planning and organising community events
* Assisting the Village Manager with essential administrative tasks
* Handling sensitive information with care
