About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Qualified Baker to join our team. This role involves hands-on production of a wide range of breads and baked goods, ensuring quality standards are maintained while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, and specialty products in accordance with established recipes
* Mix, mould, and shape doughs, monitoring fermentation and baking processes
* Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Manage stock rotation, ingredient control, and minimise wastage
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets
Requirements
* Relevant qualification in baking or at least 2–3 years of experience as a baker
* Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and oven operation
* Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
