About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking customer enquiries in store and over the phone, providing solutions and resolving issues
* Investigating and helping customers with therapy-related concerns, offering guidance and advice
* Fitting customers for masks and recommending the most suitable option based on provided training
* Providing expert advice on the safe and effective use of medical equipment
* Sales of new or additional services over the phone, following up on trials and testing results to ensure successful sales conversions
* Maintaining a clean and tidy retail environment, ensuring displays are well-presented
* Handling payments, managing float, and banking
* Accountable for trial and sales stock, managing levels and reordering as necessary
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a busy retail or customer-facing role
* Excellent reception skills, providing caring and outstanding service to customers
* Ability to remain calm under pressure, maintaining compassion and empathy
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on delivering the best possible outcome for each customer
* Active listening, finding solutions to customer concerns and issues
* Healthcare retail experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate
