* Assist with new store setup, including occasional travel to ensure a seamless onboarding process

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT registers, processes, and how-to documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a support or call centre environment

* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365

* Basic understanding of LAN/WAN technologies

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
