Overview
The Salvation Army's retail arm, Salvos Stores, operates over 340 locations across Australia. As a voluntary Retail Assistant you will support the store manager in the day-to-day operations of a Salvos Store.
Responsibilities
* Assist the store manager in daily operations
* Provide excellent customer service and support
* Maintain the store's visual presentation and appropriate stock levels
* Adhere to retail procedures and the Salvation Army's policies
* Promote the mission, vision and values of the Salvation Army and Salvos Stores
* Support teamwork and a positive workplace environment
Qualifications
* Open to new ideas and willing to learn about retail
* Passionate about serving customers

* Willingness to promote and work in accordance with the Salvation Army's mission, vision and values, with particular regard to excellence of service
