Located in Brisbane, QLD. We are growing We are currently seeking a motivated individual and a quick learner on a to join our team on a full time basis (8am to 4pm QLD time). We are not looking for contractors or outsourcing at this stage. This role will not suite an accountant.
Entire Bookkeepers is slightly different to most bookkeeping businesses, we get involved in our client's business and over time we find, they give us more and more work as we help them systemise how they operate. Our role is to work with our clients to support them to run their businesses better, to have a better bottom line and get their time back to look after themselves and be with their family and friends more, doing the things they enjoy.
We are looking for someone that is experienced, able to think outside the box, detailed and a touch typist.
REQUIRED: A cover letter that tells us about your equipment, home office setup, hourly rate expectation and availability.
* Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* End to End bookkeeping
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Bank Recs
* Superannuation, TPAR, PAYROLL and EOY STP
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable
* Credit control
* Client Emails
* General Administrative Duties as required
* GST Reconciliations
What you need :
* Minimum of 4 years advanced bookkeeping, payroll and xero experience & certification.
* Experience working in a bookkeeping practice a HUGE advantage
* Microsoft Office, Excel, word, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
* Online task management systems an advantage (Xbert & Clickup)
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Quick learner
* Touch typist
* Outstanding attention to detail and time management
* Ability work calmly under pressure and manage deadlines
* Excellent understanding of GST
* BAS Agent an advantage but not essential
* Ability to work as a team and independently
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
* Cert IV in bookkeeping
* Have previously worked from home, have 2 external monitors and reliable internet/phone reception.
