* Assist with event set-up, registration, and tear-down, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-presented.
* Support the events team with tasks such as mail-outs, RSVP management, and data entry.
* Develop strong relationships with members, clients, and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 12 months experience in a related field, preferably in event management or administration.
* Demonstrated skills in administrative software, data entry, and basic IT applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
