Applications are invited for accredited Pain Medicine Trainee position(s) at the Royal Hobart Hospital, Hobart, Tasmania, for the Core Training Stage (CTS) and/or Practice Development Stage (PDS) of the Faculty of Pain Medicine (FPM) training program.
Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for registration as a trainee with the Faculty of Pain Medicine, ANZCA, and be actively progressing towards Fellowship through completion of the FPM, ANZCA Pain Medicine training program.
Persistent Pain Service, Royal Hobart Hospital The Persistent Pain Service at the Royal Hobart Hospital is Tasmania's only tertiary referral pain service and is accredited as a Level 1 training unit by the Faculty of Pain Medicine, ANZCA.
$138,978 - $194,675 per annum + superannuation + access to salary packaging Salary range is in accordance with the Medical Practitioners Agreement 2025.
Period of employment
Fixed term, full time day work, working 76 hours per fortnight (+10 hours protected training time per fortnight, pro rata), commencing from 1 February 2027 until 7 February 2028.
