Role Overview
The Community Mental Health Clinician provides recovery-focused clinical services, including assessment, care coordination, intervention, liaison, and review as part of a multidisciplinary team for individuals referred to the service with mental illness, distress, and/or risk issues.
Our team is committed to promoting recovery and resilience in the community. We work collaboratively with consumers, their families, and carers, and other stakeholders to provide expert assessment, therapy, and care coordination.
