Responsibilities
* Ensure projects are delivered within budget, allocated time frame and to the quality agreed as per the scope
* Creating programs and managing all relevant stakeholders
* Managing financials of the project, variations and cost reports
* Communicate with client and senior management consistently
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously between office and relevant site locations
Experience Required
* 3-5+ years of Project Manager experience for a Fitout/Refurbishment head contractor
* Previous technical heavy refurbishment or high stakeholder management space required
* Previous live environment experience
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient with Aconex, Jobpac and Hammertech software's
* Unlimited Australian working rights
