Full Time Client Services Representatives
The role:

Vet24 is a state‐of‐the‐art 24‐hour veterinary hospital. From its early beginnings as a small three‐vet practice, Vet24 has grown to one of the largest and best equipped veterinary hospitals in WA. This position offers a busy and varied workload with some administrative work, sales and customer service – with a variety of shifts to be worked, including weekdays, weekends and evenings. At Vet24 you will further your knowledge and experience in the veterinary industry. This role may suit a qualified vet nurse, seeking a break from nursing but hoping to stay within the veterinary industry.
This also represents a rare opportunity to enter the veterinary industry in a role with support and training that will prepare you to further your career in the industry in the future. This is your start and it will open doors for you. Career pathways to Veterinary Nursing available.
The ideal applicant will:
* Be a friendly and motivated self‐starter
* Have experience using ezyVet (preferable not required)
* Have an excellent work ethic
* Be a fast learner with strong computer skills
* Demonstrate reliability and accountability
* Take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a team
* Have a dynamic approach to work and time management
* Possess great communication skills
* Uphold the values and contribute positively to the workplace culture of Vet24
* Remain calm whilst multi‐tasking and maintaining efficiency
* Have great phone skills
* Have a passion for helping people and pets
* Have experience in the pet care or veterinary industry
* Have experience in client service and administration
