The successful candidate will have qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic, or Rehab Counselling, as well as current Vehicle and Driver's Licence and ability to travel for work. They will also have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation.
Key responsibilities will include leading and coaching a team of Consultants, Overseeing the team's performance and quality, Exploring new opportunities and growth areas, Mentoring and training junior staff members, Providing advice and coaching on case management practices, while also managing a case load of your own.
