The RORO Business Consultant will play a key role in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability. This involves negotiating with multiple contacts, articulating the total solution package, and translating competitive strengths into customer value.

* Develop negotiation strategies, deal parameters, and economic models independently
* Articulate the total solution package clearly and translate competitive strengths into customer value
* Handle complex negotiations by developing options or alternative courses of action to win bids
* Negotiate with multiple contacts
* Build high-level industry contacts to stay informed about potential opportunities
* Propose pricing strategies for territories or key accounts to support profitable growth and strategic network plan execution
* Manage all phases of the sales process
* Develop business development plans and provide updates through monthly business reviews
* Manage potential channel conflicts (Distributor, Retail, Company Owned Company Operated (COCO)) and resolve them equitably
* Execute network growth through New-To-Industry/New-To-Chevron (NTI/NTC), working closely with the Retail Growth Lead and Network Team (NWT)
* Work with Network Team (NWT) to execute Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) to Retail Owned Retail Operated (RORO) Class of Trade (COT) conversions, aligned with agreed Supply Network Planning (SNP)
