Job Description
As a Recruitment Manager at Page Group you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of recruitment consultants, building a culture of high performance and excellent customer service, and driving the team to meet client hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse team of recruitment consultants, building a culture of high performance and excellent customer service
- Hire, train and develop new team members, providing opportunities to build a successful career at PageGroup
- Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications
- Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute cutting-edge recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and develop new business
- Screen resumes, interview, and manage candidates through the interview process, including offer negotiation
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and lead the team to maximise Page Group's commercial performance
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in leading recruitment or sales teams is highly regarded
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with job boards and CRMs
- A natural drive to succeed personally and to celebrate team success
- Ability to build relationships with different people and adapt to varied personalities
- Ability to handle adversity and rejection
