Clinic 1
* Salary - $80,000 - $120,000 + Super
* New grad - senior
* Paeds focus - options for adults
* OT only clinic
* Weekly Billable hours - 20 (increases with exp)
* Bonuses for exceeding KPIs
* PD Allowance - $1,500 (tailored to clinician)
* Fortnightly OT team in service
* In house supervision provided (tailored to clinician)
* 'Hallway conversations' for day to day feedback
* Flexible diary management
* Ability for early knock off after meeting KPIs
* Open plan clinic environment - working alongside team
* Fuel card provided
* Laptop + phone provided
Clinic 2
* Salary - $90,000 - $100,000 + Super
* 1 year exp - Senior
* Paeds focus - options for adults
* OT only clinic
* Weekly Billable hours - 26 (increases with exp)
* PD Allowance- $2,500 + 2 PD Leave days (tailored to clinician)
* Fortnightly OT team in service
* In house supervision provided (tailored to clinician)
* 'Hallway conversations' for day to day feedback
* Schedule is set to your requirements
* 4 x 'clinic days', 1 x admin day (admin WFH)
* Car provided + Fuel
* Laptop + phone provided
Clinic 3
* Salary - $85,000 - $110,000 + Super
* 2 Years exp - Senior
* Across the lifespan
* Multidisciplinary
* Weekly Billable hours - 25 (increases with exp)
* Bonuses for exceeding KPIs
* PD Allowance- $2,000 (tailored to clinician)
* Fortnightly OT team in service
* In house supervision provided (tailored to clinician)
* Flexible rostering
* Stay working in a 15min radius of the clinic
* Fuel allowance
* Laptop + phone provided
Personal requirements for part time options, working a school hours schedule, as well as other needs are available or considered. Options for career progression are also available for senior clinicians seeking to take an active part in guiding and supporting juniors as well as other areas of leadership.
