About the Role
We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our teams as B1.3 Licensed Engineers across a broad fleet of aircraft types.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure maintenance performed on assigned aircraft is carried out to the highest possible standard in compliance with company policies and procedures and National Aviation Authority Regulations.
* Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with the relevant and current Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.
* Build positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
* Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
* Work with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure aviation quality, safety, and compliance with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Assign and supervise tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers allocated to the job and monitor their progress and paperwork.
* Focus on safe execution of maintenance activities, while maximising aircraft availability and ensuring a safe workspace for all employees and visitors to maintenance and engineering facilities.
Requirements
* Maintain qualifications on light and medium Bell, Airbus and Leonardo model Helicopters.
* Hold current B1 or C license.
* Completed MEA40715 Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 3 years experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of CASA regulations and compliance requirements.
* Keen eye for detail and commitment to outstanding customer service.
* Able to work independently.
* Good computer literacy and experience working with aircraft maintenance programs.
* Meet pre-employment drug and alcohol policy requirements.
* Provide a current National Police Check.
* Right to live and work in Australia without restriction.
* Ability to obtain and maintain aviation and other government security clearances.
