Taste Elevation Brand Marketing Role
This six-month position is an exciting opportunity to join our vital Taste Elevation brand marketing team, spanning Melbourne and Auckland offices. You will work on iconic brands such as Watties & Gravox, helping develop and implement marketing activities to achieve ambitious portfolio growth strategies backed by global resources and learnings.
You'll be treated as an owner from day one, working in cross-functional teams to drive category success while being supported by a close-knit team who will set you up for success and invest in your growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) launches including idea generation, business planning, P&L management, go-to-market planning for both Australia and New Zealand, and post-launch audits.
* Develop and implement annual advertising, point-of-sale (POS), publicity, and consumer promotion plans for assigned category portfolios.
* Liaise with agencies to create and execute marketing and advertising campaigns.
* Monitor brand performance and gather consumer insights using research tools and reporting.
* Support strategy development including one- and three-year plans.
* Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and manage monthly Advertising and Promotion (A&P) spend.
* Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Management.
* Perform assigned tasks in accordance with Kraft Heinz policies, programs, and goals related to Food Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, and Human Resources.
About You
* You hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* You have at least 2+ years of experience in marketing (or a marketing-related field).
* You possess project management capability on NPD, renovation, innovation, or advertising projects.
* You can analyze and interpret data to make recommendations.
* You are able to think strategically and translate this thinking into measurable actions.
* You have strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
* You are proficient in productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
