We have an exciting position for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Malaga. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, we are looking for someone who thrives on a fast-paced environment and has experience with sales coordination. You will be responsible for providing administration support to the sales team while collaborating with the branch staff to coordinator movements of our products.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial Manager and sales team with administration tasks related to sales and rental process
- Maintaining accurate short term rental backlog and providing updates in a timely manner
- Monitoring and escalating matters on unused stock to maintain a cost-effective fleet mix
- Organizing transport and monitoring all stock at the branch including any interstate movements
- Collaborate with inter-departments to assist with account enquiries and disputes
Requirements for success:
- Experience in a similar position working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated attention to details and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills including using Microsoft Office suites
- Qualifications in business administration is preferred
