Organization and Workflow Innovation
* Replace fragmented documentation systems with a unified structure
* Create SOPs for development and operations
* Design original workflow systems beyond standard Agile or Scrum
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously
UI, UX and Product Creativity
* Develop unconventional UI concepts
* Design user flows before QA
* Identify user bottlenecks and remove friction
* Invent new feature ideas without copying competitors
