We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic
Store Manager
to join the team at our
Bras N Things
Store.
This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.
About The Role
Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
Execution of visual merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions.
Understanding of stock management processes and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to your team.
