The Opportunity Awaits:In this role, you'll leverage your exceptional attitude and work ethic to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Mastering Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools· Collaborating closely with engineers and construction teams to ensure seamless execution· Thriving under pressure and meeting strict deadlines with poise and professionalism· Working independently and taking ownership of your projects· Championing company policies and guidelines with unwavering diligence· Assisting the civil team to guarantee timely project delivery· Coordinating logistics, plant/vehicles, and resources across various departments· Conducting SWMS, Prestart, and Toolbox Talks on-site each morning· Interpreting architectural and structural drawings to ensure flawless implementation· Collaborating with supervisors and managing on-site teams to uphold safety and quality standardsQualifications and Skills:· Bachelor of Engineering· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written· Strong problem-solving abilities· Previous on-site and project experience (preferred)· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design softwareEven if you don't meet all the requirements, we'd love to hear from you
