About the Role
You’ll work closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager, providing day‑to‑day support while developing your own capabilities. This role offers hands‑on exposure to all aspects of residential property management and a clear progression pathway as your skills grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Property Manager in managing a well‑maintained residential portfolio
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow‑up with trades
- Prepare routine correspondence and documentation
- Assist with leasing duties including opens and tenant enquiries
- Support with routine and final inspections
- Build strong rapport with tenants and owners, ensuring high service standards
- Learn advanced PM processes with the goal of stepping into a Senior PM position
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential property management
- Current Property Management Registration (or in progress)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to progress to a Senior PM role
