Mental Health Clinician - Veterans Sunshine Coast, QLD $65-$74 per hour super 12-month contract An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Mental Health Clinician to support veterans and their families within a well-established counselling service on the Sunshine Coast. This is a 12-month contract offering strong hourly rates, clinical support, and a hybrid work model. This role is not fully remote - candidates must be willing to attend the Sunshine Coast office as required. You will be working with Veteran & Family Counselling focusing on delivering evidence-based mental health support to current and former ADF members and their families. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide assessment, formulation, counselling and case management across individual, couple and family presentations, often involving complex or trauma-related needs. The role includes risk assessment, care planning, detailed clinical documentation, and regular case reviews and supervision. You'll liaise with internal stakeholders, external providers and families, and may contribute to group programs, intake assessments and community outreach. This opportunity suits experienced clinicians who are confident, autonomous and motivated by meaningful work supporting the veteran community.
