* Pursue new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
* Assess and market properties for sale, ensuring maximum exposure and returns
* Conduct site inspections and open homes to showcase properties to potential buyers
* Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the buying or selling process
* Develop tailored marketing strategies and sales plans to achieve client objectives
* Negotiate offers and secure successful transactions for clients
* Liaise with relevant parties, including solicitors and conveyancers, to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Must be eligible to work in Australia
* Must not be disqualified under the Estate Agents Act
