Kitchen Installation Team Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced installation team leader to oversee the installation of custom kitchens. This key role will be responsible for managing and coordinating installation teams, ensuring all installations meet company standards, building codes, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all aspects of kitchen installation projects from start to finish.
* Coordinate and supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Conduct site inspections, verify measurements, and troubleshoot technical issues as required to ensure high-quality installations.
* Liaise with clients and factory teams to deliver smooth project flow and maintain excellent customer relationships.
* Develop schedules, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time.
* Manage site documentation, variations, and installation reporting to provide transparency and accountability.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Cabinet Maker or Shopfitter qualification (essential).
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in kitchen installations or related joinery/fit-out work.
* Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, hardware, and installation techniques.
* Proven ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
* Current manual driver's licence; own tools an advantage.
