Job Summary:
K&S Freighters is seeking an experienced HS&E Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and championing positive HS&E behaviors, undertaking regular safety monitoring activities, and supporting the maintenance and application of the K&S management system.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote a culture of 'Everybody Safe Everyday' by actively encouraging positive HS&E behaviors.
* Undertake regular safety monitoring activities, providing coaching, mentoring and advice on all HS&E matters including incident and hazard reporting and investigations.
* Support the maintenance and application of the K&S management system, whilst providing operational stakeholders with guidance on their respective HS&E obligations.
