With a strong organisational commitment to digital transformation, there will be opportunities to work across a variety of digital platforms and build new capabilities for demand generation, retention, and growth. YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE : Building, executing, and optimising integrated digital marketing campaigns across all owned, earned, and paid platforms. Supporting the continuous integration of digital marketing with internal systems and software (e.g., integrations with CMS, CRM, eDM platforms, client, and reporting infrastructure). End to end Dynamics CRM Marketing app adoption support; integrating with systems, creating rules, setting up branded eDM templates, developing internal usage guidelines, list building, segmentation, creating automated journeys, and reporting setup. Reporting, administration, continuous improvement, and optimal use of marketing automation platforms. Visualising the weekly top-line and monthly deep dive into key performance data, insights, documenting actionable recommendations, and initiatives back to the broader team. A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU Essential Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business discipline preferred Solid experience in a digital marketing role, or similar Strong experience in website migration planning, execution, testing and QA.
