Step Into a Hands-On Creative Role
If you’re practical, detail-driven, and energised by the world of art, this is your chance to get behind the scenes and help bring exhibitions to life. We’re seeking casual Gallery Technicians to support the installation and pack-down of exhibitions and assist with a wide range of technical and physical tasks.
In this role, you’ll be involved in:
* Installing and deinstalling artworks
* Preparing gallery spaces, including painting and wall treatments
* Handling crates, plinths, and exhibition furniture
* Setting up AV and digital media works
* Packing, unpacking, cleaning, and ensuring artworks are presented to the highest standard
You’ll bring practical experience or knowledge of art or gallery environments, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to working as part of a team. This is a fantastic way to build hands-on skills, expand your industry experience, and play a key role in delivering engaging gallery programs.
