Senior Business Analyst :: Long Term Day Rate Contract :: Data & AI
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of Analytics, AI, Data Science and Data initiatives across the business. Partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will gather requirements, facilitate discovery, and translate business needs into delivery-ready solutions. What You'll Be Doing
* Gather and document business requirements for analytics, AI, and data initiatives.
* Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support alignment between business and technical teams.
* Define data requirements, business rules, metrics, and process improvements.
* Support prioritisation, UAT, solution adoption, and benefits tracking.
What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Senior Business Analyst in data and technology projects.
* Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
* Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready artefacts.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
* Understanding of analytics, BI, data platforms, and AI/ML concepts.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
* Retail or multi-site operations experience is advantageous.
