About the Role
* In this role, you'll help bring the Apex story to life across our digital channels by assisting with video editing, content scheduling, creator coordination, basic design, community engagement and day-to-day content support.
It's a hands-on role with loads of variety.
- What you'll do
- Develop and execute engaging social media content across Instagram & Facebook
- Monitor KPIs, engagement metrics, and trends to inform content planning.
- Create & manage Google ads, SEO's
- Monitor social media metrics and performance, and optimise content and campaigns accordingly
- Provide regular reports on marketing and social media performance
- Administration duties: Data entry, Accounts payable, Invoicing, Answering the phone, File management etc.
- What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally within the home services or construction industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimise campaign performance
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools and CMS platforms
- A creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
