Your Role
As a Warehouse Officer, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to handle incoming stock and transport materials within the warehouse and production areas.
Material Picking: Accurately pick and prepare materials for production, ensuring timely delivery to support seamless operations.
Receiving & Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, book it into our inventory system, and assist with stock counts and discrepancy reporting.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to GMP standards and safety regulations.
Production Support: Assist with production tasks, such as packing lines, when required.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and meets company goals.
Technology Utilization: Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software to track inventory, manage orders, and streamline shipments.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Officer or in a similar role within a warehouse/production environment.
A valid Forklift License and physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
A high school diploma or equivalent; a certification or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.
