Apply now to be part of our team.ResponsibilitiesMeasuring and marking out building sites, following architectural plans and specificationsMixing and preparing mortar, and laying bricks and other masonry materials to construct walls, buildings, and other structuresCutting bricks to size and shape, and fitting them into place using hand tools and power tools as requiredRepairing and maintaining existing brickwork and masonry structuresEnsuring that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and site rulesWorking collaboratively with other tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, to ensure that projects are completed to a high standardSkills and ExperienceNVQ Level 2 or equivalent in BricklayingMinimum 2-3 years' experience in bricklaying, preferably in a construction or building environmentStrong practical skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and other stakeholdersCommitment to working safely and adhering to health and safety regulations and proceduresWe offerWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
