Your Day to Day
As a Sr. Regional Marketing Manager supporting GoTo’s ANZ Partners and GoTo Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing regional channel marketing and direct marketing strategies to support growth in the ANZ region.
* Collaborating with regional sales teams to create and implement comprehensive go-to-market programs that help achieve a predictable and healthy sales pipeline.
* Building co-marketing plans with designated partners to support their revenue targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
* Planning and coordinating partner-specific and regional events and activities.
* Managing partner incentives and working with finance to ensure timely payments.
* Operating within budget to support direct marketing demand generation efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Your background should include:
* 4+ years of experience in Channel Programs and Regional Marketing, with a proven record of collaborating effectively with Channel and Direct Sales teams.
* Experience with various channel partner models and sales teams (both direct and indirect).
* Ability to leverage AI and graphic design technologies to support messaging, activities, and events.
* Experience in planning and executing events for the ANZ region.
* Strong ability to understand and achieve business objectives through strategic marketing planning, execution, and performance reporting.
* Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset, capable of demonstrating the impact of work on broader organizational goals.
