Your new role
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you'll lead and coach a team of Customer Service Consultants to deliver outstanding service to our members. You'll manage daily workflows, ensure service levels are met, and foster a high-performing, engaged team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling escalations, driving process improvements, and supporting compliance and governance requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
* At least 2 years' experience leading people - could be well suited to store managers or Operations Managers within hospitality looking for a career change.
* Strong knowledge of call centre systems and Office 365.
* Experience in a regulated industry such as insurance or financial services - highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to change.
* 2 years' experience in service delivery within a call centre or customer service environment - highly advantageous
