Security Supervisor | Westfield Marion
We're excited to announce that Trident Services Australia has been awarded the security contract at Westfield Marion, with operations commencing from the9th of February 2026. As part of this new partnership, we are seeking a professional, motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to lead the team from day one.
This is a full-time position, Tuesday to Saturday, offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to lead a high-performing team in one of South Australia's busiest retail centres.
About the role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the security team, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and coordinating on-site security operations
* Managing rosters, payroll and performance outcomes
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of staff
* Ensuring compliance with site procedures, safety and emergency protocols
* Liaising with centre management, stakeholders and emergency services
* Overseeing incident reporting, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
You will bring proven leadership experience within the security industry and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
Essential requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within security
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
* Sound understanding of crowd management, emergency response and South Australian legislation
* Current South Australian Security Licence (Crowd Control & Security Officer)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Open Australian driver's licence and unrestricted working rights
* Confident with technology and incident management systems
