Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in supporting day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium consumer experience.
2. Support store management by providing feedback on required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
3. Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
4. Drive and ensure compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience.
5. Drive profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
6. Support store management by providing consumers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
Requirements:
* Experience in retail team leadership, preferably in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
* Stockroom procedures knowledge
