We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our North Turramurra Store and maintain the high standards of service and product quality our brand is known for. Position Overview
As the Store Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations in the dessert bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service while delivering top-tier customer experiences. You'll lead a team, manage inventory, maintain product quality, and contribute to the store's growth and success. Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the dessert bar, ensuring high-quality service and product standards. Manage and mentor a team of staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment. Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring the store is always well-stocked. Provide excellent customer service by resolving complaints and enhancing the overall customer experience. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health standards within the store. Drive sales and manage budgeting to achieve financial targets. Lead training for staff, including barista skills, customer service, and store protocols. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in fast food or similar food service management. Minimum 1 year barista experience, with a strong passion for coffee. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A positive, enthusiastic attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction. What We Offer
